Patient Transportation Fund
Patient and Community Centeredness
Every day, our neighbors struggle to get to/from their doctor appointments or return home after being discharged from the hospital. A lack of reliable transportation can be a major barrier to care for people without a vehicle or without friends or family who can give them a ride – causing them to miss appointments, delay treatments, or become stranded for hours.
Gifts to this fund help provide safe, reliable transportation to the 1,000 patients who find themselves without a ride each year.
